Going Hiking

Today, I am going hiking with my Dad, Mom, and the two hairy monsters, Chubs and Honey. I am excited because I have been wanting to go hiking for a while but haven't. We are going over to the Lost Dutchman's Gold State Park in Apache Junction. I think this will be a good example to me of active things I can do to get fit. The trail we are wanting to do is 2.8 miles, good starting point for a novice hiking. I am hoping that as time goes on, I'll be able to up what I am doing. I will write and let you know how it goes. Of course, unless I disappear or get eaten by a wild cat!
